As one of the oldest fast food restaurants in Chandigarh,
Hot Millions has become a local favorite—renowned for its burgers, Kathi kebab rolls, and in-house pizzas.
The journey began in 1979, when a passionate home cook, Harinder Mohini, and her husband, Col. Anant Bir Singh,
an army officer preparing for early retirement, decided to pursue a new path in the restaurant industry.
With her exceptional culinary skills and his administrative acumen, the couple launched the first Hot Millions outlet.
Their dedication quickly attracted crowds, with eager customers lining up for a table—prompting the expansion to four more
outlets in and around Chandigarh. Their sons later joined the venture, each bringing their unique strengths to the business.
Interestingly, the name Hot Millions draws inspiration from Harinder Mohini’s initials—H.M. Today, the brand continues
its legacy with a commitment to delivering excellence in food and hospitality. A centralized mother kitchen ensures
consistent quality and standards across all outlets.
